Bhairava Foundation works to feed, rescue, and rehabilitate street dogs, building a safe haven for them.
Bhairava Foundation began in 2022 with a simple mission: to make the streets safer and more compassionate for abandoned and injured dogs across India. What started as weekend food drives in Panvel, Maharashtra has grown into a movement of hope.
Today, we rescue injured street dogs, provide medical aid, organize regular feeding drives, and work tirelessly toward our dream of establishing a permanent shelter home. Every wagging tail and grateful look reminds us why this work matters.
Our volunteers are the heart of our foundation – ordinary people doing extraordinary things to create a world where no dog is forgotten.
Four pillars that drive our commitment to creating a better world for street dogs
Regular feeding programs across multiple locations, ensuring no dog goes hungry on the streets.
Emergency medical care, treatment for injured dogs, and rescue operations for dogs in distress.
Building a permanent sanctuary where rescued dogs can recover, heal, and find loving families.
Community education programs and adoption events to find forever homes for rescued dogs.
Numbers that represent lives touched, hearts healed, and hope restored
Every contribution directly helps us provide food, medical care, and build our future shelter home
All contributions go directly to food, medical care, and building our shelter.
Join our compassionate community of volunteers. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or want to be more involved, there's a place for you in our mission to help street dogs.
